Except for the license granted, Mile retains all right, title and complete interest in and to all material that is present on the websites or that is a part of our Services, including the intellectual property rights.

We provide the freemium service as well as paid services to our clients. To know the exact pricing of each model please refer to the pricing page.
Any charges mentioned in the pricing page, will be billed directly from your credit card. By giving us the credit card information you authorize the respective card issuer to pay any amounts set forth herein and authorize Mile to charge your credit card account until you or we cancel or terminate your services or change the pricing model.
If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and credit card information.
You agree to pay all costs of collection.
In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay.
Mile has a ‘no refund’ policy, however any account credit requests will be considered and processed on a case by case basis.

Online Payment Terms & Conditions

The Online Payment Terms constitute a contract between you and Mile Solutions FZ LLC.
Please read them carefully. You may either accept or decline the Terms as indicated at the bottom of this page, but to make payment using the Services you must accept the Terms by clicking “I Accept” at the card.
All payments of Mile Solutions LLC invoices using the online credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions. Mile Solutions LLC accepts the following cards:

You warrant that:

• You have the appropriate authority to validly accept the Online Payment Terms and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to these Terms.
• The credit card used in connection with the Services is issued in your name or you are authorized to use the credit card.
• You will pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in the use of the Services.
• The information supplied by you is true and correct.
• When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card. All payments are debited to Mile Solutions FZ LLC.
• Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment in Mile Solutions FZ LLC’s records. Credit card payments are secure.
• Payments will be processed directly by our Bank using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
• Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
• Mile Solutions FZ LLC does not store in any way your credit card details.

Confirmation

• If successful, you will receive a confirmation notice of your completed payment.
• If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed.
• Mile Solutions FZ LLC will not be advised why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.
• If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your invoice to pay your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly to ensure continuous use of Mile Solutions FZ LLC services and Internet resources.
• Mile Solutions FZ LLC will confirm your payment details via email.
• By using Mile Solutions FZ LLC’s online credit card facilities you accept and consent to your personal data being provided to the Service Provider for sole purpose of offering and administering the online payment.
